Client's protection

With the confirmation of the order the Client will receive a copy of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, where Decorative Chandelier will include the clause "15 days Money Back Guarantee".
This clause means that the Client, if is not 100% satisfied, has 15 days to return the Merchandise in good condition and in his original packing and we will refund the amount of the order less the cost of returning freight.
